Ο Φιλ Νέβιλ υπήρξε πολύ καλός ποδοσφαιριστής. Πλέον ακολουθεί καριέρα βοηθού προπονητή  στη Βαλένθια και για αυτό πουλάει το σπίτι του στην Αγγλία.

 

Το πολυτελές σπίτι του έχει τέσσερις ορόφους με 6 υπνοδωμάτια, έξι μπάνια, χαμάμ, σάουνα, πισίνα, γκαράζ, μεγάλο κήπο και υδρομασάζ αλλά έχει ακριβό κόστος διαβίωσης (2.500 λίρες δημοτικά τέλη) και έτσι ο Βρετανός αποφάσισε να το πουλήσει έναντι 3,6 εκατομμυρίων λιρών.

 

Στο «παλάτι» του Νέβιλ υπάρχουν επίσης: μπιλιάρδο, τραπέζι πιγκ-πογκ, ένα δωμάτιο με φανέλες, μικρό γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου, γυμναστήριο και  τραπέζι χόκεϊ. Εννοείται πως το σπίτι του Νέβιλ έχει κλειστό κύκλωμα τηλεόρασης αλλά και τα καλύτερα συστήματα ήχου και βίντεο.

 

Στο δωμάτιο με τις φανέλες υπάρχουν επίσης ένας πολυτελής καναπές και μία τηλεόραση.

Former Manchester United defender and England international Phil Neville, 38, has put his six-bedroom Cheshire mansion on the market for £3.6million. The father-of-two is selling the luxury mansion while he focuses on his new life in Spain, as the assistant manager of Valencia

 

The ex-Everton man has listed his Cheshire home for sale with RightMove as he continues his work in Spain. The property boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, his and hers dressing rooms, a swimming pool, spa, steam room and sauna, as well as a large garden and driveway

 

Neville, 38, has showcased some of the shirts he wore during his professional playing career on the walls of his game room. Each jersey can be seen encased in a glass frame and hung on the wall alongside photographs of the event and other memorabilia such as a club scarf

 

Neville's luxury home features an indoor football pitch, complete with small goal posts, an air hockey table, swing ball kit and large wendy house. It has been put on the market for £3.6million and prospective buyers will need to be willing to pay the £2,630.34 a year council tax

 

Neville's pool table has a specially designed felt to resemble his old jersey from his Everton days. It features his name and squad number and appears to be positioned in the centre of the games room, which also features his football jerseys, as well as a large sofa and flat screen TV

 

The 'stunning, detached family property' boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an office, his and hers dressing rooms and a large garden area. It is described as 'one of the most advanced houses on the market with CCTV, integrated music and video systems and computerised lighting'
